If we are unable to locate the recipient after 15 minutes of waiting at the delivery site, you will be asked to provide a new time slot, and the delivery will be rescheduled. An additional fee will apply.
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for most of our products. Orders must be placed at least 4 hours in advance. Exceptions apply to certain items such as Eternal Flowers/Special Designs, depending on product availability at the time of the order.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time since our deliveries are scheduled in advance and depend on driver availability. For this reason, we can only guarantee that your order will be delivered within the selected time frame.
Orders with delivery will be delivered on the scheduled date and time, and changes cannot be made unless notified at least 1 day in advance.
We also offer in-store pickup and will hold your order for up to 12 hours after the scheduled pickup date and time. After 12 hours, your order will either be placed for sale again or discarded, depending on the type of order. Customers must notify us before the scheduled time if they need to change their pickup time.
Yes, you will receive a first email or WhatsApp text message confirming your order is ready, including a photo of the gift. A second message will be sent once your order has been delivered.
