Cancellations and/or Returns
A) Customized products.
We’re sorry, but orders for personalized products cannot be canceled once the order confirmation has been sent to the customer or a photo of the completed order ready for delivery has been provided.
There will be no refunds of any kind, as personalized products cannot be resold and must be discarded.
B) Other products refundable in credit for future purchases or exchanges
For non-perishable products (paper goods, uninflated balloons, non-personalized mugs, bags, ribbons, and other non-personalized items), returns or exchanges may be requested within five (5) days after the purchase date.
This policy only applies to products purchased in-store that have not been used or opened. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
Returns will only be accepted if they meet the conditions outlined and are approved by Sorpresa Surprise LLC.
